I initially grabbed this shirt because I had a breast surgery last week and needed a shirt I could button in the front for easier off and on. It ended up being my summer go to even after the surgery. I ended up grabbing this shirt in other colors and even had a few friends purchase it as well because they liked it so much. It is casual and fits nicely. The material is super soft. The material is not too tight around my chest and is not so loose to where it hides my figure. I purchased a medium and the fit is just right. I am 5 9 and about a hundred 170 lb, pear shaped. I might have to put a piece of tape or extra button near the opening where my chest is, because it flutters open occasionally. Great for nursing mamas I own three of these shirts in blue, green, and purple, as I found them extremely convenient for nursing—just unbutton a few buttons and pull the fabric aside for your little one. I’m 5’4” and about 138lbs at five weeks postpartum, and I chose a size Medium to accommodate my postpartum belly and chest. They fit a little loose, especially around the arm holes, and as my body returns to its pre-pregnancy size, I probably could do just fine with a Small, but I like the way the Medium fits right now.
